Thanks to Power Rangers Now we have our first look at the covers for Go Go Power Rangers Issue 23 releasing on September 11th, 2019! The cover seems to tease the return of a familiar foe – the evil Lord Drakkon! The main cover features Lord Drakkon in his final evolution form battling the Mighty Morphin Red Ranger with the spirit beasts seen in Shattered Grid Issue 01 in the background.
Does this mean Lord Drakkon has returned? Or is this simply something to do with the Necessary Evil story line that is going to tie together Mighty Morphin Power Rangers and Go Go Power Rangers?
