A few months back a listing appeared in EBGames computers in Canada for a Psycho Blue Power Rangers figure. This was odd because the Bandai America Legacy version had already been released. However, thanks to In Demand Toys on Facebook we now have a better idea of what the item is.
We have a packaging image of the Power Rangers Lightning Collection Psycho Blue figure. There is currently no release date and no release details period. Obviously this item was not meant to be revealed yet. We will keep you up to date as information becomes available.
