Announced at Hasbro PulseCon is the Spectrum Series for the Power Rangers Lightning Collection. This special packaging series has new packaging for Lightning Collection figures starting in Wave 7. The items inside are the regular release but just with special holofoil packaging. There is also new side-profile artwork by artist Tom Whalen.
