The Rangers must face a seemingly all-powerful threat entirely on their own without the guidance of Zordon. As the fate of the world hangs in the balance, Jason must lead the Rangers through these darkest of times.

SYNOPSIS

The mysterious being refers to itself as the Black Dragon and makes quick work of the Power Rangers, stripping them of their powers as it fights them.  In a last ditch effort, the Power Rangers teleport to the pocket dimension within the Command Center, but not before the Black Dragon grabs Billy and takes his Power Coin.  Using it, the Black Dragon accesses the Morphin Grid and disables the powers of Jason, Zack, Kimberly, and Trini within the pocket dimension.  With the Command Center destroyed, Alpha-5 offline, Billy in captivity, and Rita Repulsa and her forces standing atop the ashes, what will the Power Rangers do?

STAFF REVIEW

The mysterious Black Dragon is awesome and his knowledge of the Power Rangers, and everything about them, is an interesting twist.  The story is really picking up now and, as always, this is another cannot miss issue.
