The MIGHTY MORPHIN BLUE RANGER has your standard Lightning Collection articulation. The accessories are what you’d expect – the Power Lance (whole), the Power Lance (separated), Blade Blaster in blaster mode, a second set of hands, and an effects piece.
Billy was a highly anticipated figure and – for the most part – he lives up to the hype. But we have to address the elephant in the room – the civilian head. The fact someone signed off on this is slightly embarrassing. This is not a good civilian head for Billy Cranston. I love displaying this figure – but the civilian head goes in storage. –TokuChris
